On January 26, 2021, the prime minister announced the much needed Highly Affected Sector Credit Availability Program (HASCAP) will finally be open for applications, beginning on February 1st.
The problem is, the HASCAP program was first announced two months ago. How many businesses have closed and how many jobs have been lost since that first announcement?
