Yesterday evening, I was pleased to debate Bill C-31 in the House of Commons.
It makes no sense for the federal government to be trying to take on provincial responsibilities, especially when there are existing programs already in place by the provinces, such as in Ontario. This is a great example of the Trudeau government trying to grow itself even bigger, to spend even more money, and attempt to justify its ever increasing taxes on hard working Canadians.
Bill C-31 is the wrong approach. There are better ways to deal with this important issue. Please watch my question and answer exchange with a Liberal MP:
